Who we are

A foundation that begins with listening.

DKB Foundation grew out of a simple conviction: lasting change is grown, not handed down. We sit with families on the red-earth roads of Lyantonde and in the crowded estates of Kampala, ask what they need, and build it together — patiently and transparently.
